Rola Chamoun is a co-founder of PsychWell and a seasoned psychologist with more than 25 years of experience across clinical and organisational settings. She works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, with expertise spanning psychological intervention, trauma-informed therapy, cognitive and behavioural assessments, medico-legal assessments, mediation, coaching, and professional training. Her evidence-based approach draws on CBT, ACT, EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, biofeedback, mindfulness, and positive psychology, with a particular interest in neuropsychology and nutrition's role in mental health. Rola holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology), a Master of Arts in Developmental Psychopathology, a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology, and a Master of Clinical Psychology. She is a Psychology Board Accredited Supervisor, registered with AHPRA and SIRA, and a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the International Positive Psychology Association.
