Stephanie is a physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Disorders, specialising in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. While treating patients across all activity levels, she has a particular clinical interest in working with runners, supporting injury rehabilitation, performance optimisation, and long-term injury prevention. In addition to her clinical work, Stephanie is a researcher at La Trobe University, focusing on knee osteoarthritis in runners and examining sex-based differences in running biomechanics between female and male athletes. Her research informs her practice, ensuring the latest evidence-based insights are applied to patient care. Stephanie’s professional goal is to help individuals train, work, and live free from pain while promoting long-term musculoskeletal health.
