Terence is a dedicated physiotherapist with a strong focus on musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. As the physiotherapist for Knox United Soccer Team, he works closely with athletes to support performance, reduce injury risk, and guide effective rehabilitation. He has also provided mobile physiotherapy services for older adults, with an emphasis on maintaining mobility and independence. He has particular expertise in shoulder, elbow, knee, and ankle rehabilitation, as well as the management of sporting injuries. Terence takes an evidence-based approach to care, combining rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy, and dry needling. He is currently completing his ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning certification to further enhance his ability to support active individuals. Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin, Terence is committed to delivering personalised and accessible care to patients from diverse backgrounds. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys basketball, snowboarding, tennis, and soccer.
