Richard graduated in 2018 with a degree in Physiotherapy from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in New Zealand. Since then, he has undertaken further training in dry needling and earned his CPT qualification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), equipping him with a wide range of rehabilitation tools. He has a strong interest in sports medicine and injury prevention, having worked with rugby and soccer clubs throughout Auckland. Outside of work, Richard can often be found on the soccer field or in the gym, maintaining his own fitness. He is a strong advocate of movement as medicine and focuses on improving movement quality throughout the rehabilitation process to help his patients return to full function.
