Mackenzie is the Co-Founder of Better Movement Collective and an experienced Physiotherapist, Exercise & Sports Scientist. She has completed further training with Studio Pilates International and is passionate about helping people move with confidence, overcome pain, and stay active throughout every stage of life. Before co-founding Better Movement Collective, Mackenzie worked as a physiotherapist in both private practice and at AFL football clubs, developing expertise in injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and exercise-based care. While this experience shaped her clinical approach, her greatest passion lies in helping members of the community build strength, maintain their independence, and continue doing the things they love.
