Taya is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centred care and helping people improve their movement, function and overall wellbeing through tailored osteopathic treatment. She is committed to working closely with patients to understand their individual needs and support them in achieving their health goals. Born and raised in Melbourne, Taya grew up with strong family values centred on kindness, responsibility and open communication. These values continue to guide her approach to healthcare, with a strong focus on building trust, fostering meaningful relationships and creating a supportive environment for every patient. Taya has always enjoyed an active lifestyle and previously competed in netball, basketball and athletics. Through her own experiences with sporting injuries and recovery, she developed a strong appreciation for Osteopathy and its holistic approach to recognising the body as an interconnected system. Outside the clinic, Taya enjoys spending time outdoors surfing, snowboarding and staying active with her two dogs, Roxy and Mervyn. Her passion for health, movement and maintaining balance in everyday life helps shape her approach to patient care, allowing her to provide practical, compassionate support to people of all ages and activity levels.
