Dr Tammy Tempelhof is a registered Clinical Psychologist and Clinic Director who completed her Doctor of Psychology at Monash University in 2006. With 20 years in private practice, Tammy works with children, adolescents, young adults and parents, with a particular interest in childhood anxiety and behavioural issues. She supports families through a range of emotional and behavioural challenges, including anxiety, depression, eating difficulties and school-related struggles, and offers dedicated parenting support drawing on her own experience as a parent. Tammy tailors her approach to each client using CBT, ACT, mindfulness and Play Therapy. As a Board Approved Supervisor, Tammy also mentors emerging psychologists. In collaboration with a Child Psychiatrist, she has co-published 17 personalised photo story books designed to help anxious children navigate new experiences.
