Sheradyn has experience working with adults, children, and adolescents across a range of areas, including anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and chronic pain. Sheradyn has a strong interest in the treatment of PTSD and how traumatic experiences can shape mental, emotional, and physical well-being. She takes a collaborative and empathetic approach to therapy, fostering an environment where clients feel comfortable and understood. She prioritises building genuine connections and values open communication, encouraging feedback to create a therapeutic space that is supportive, safe, and tailored to each client’s needs. Sheradyn is experienced in delivering evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and motivational interviewing. She values staying up-to-date with the latest research and professional development to ensure clients receive the most effective and appropriate treatments available. In addition to her clinical work, Sheradyn is passionate about research in the area of PTSD. Her PhD explored the economic and therapeutic impact of implementing evidence-based treatments for PTSD in public health settings, with a focus on improving accessibility and outcomes for clients. She remains actively involved in research. Sheradyn has also completed her Doctor of Philosophy (Clinical Psychology) at Flinders University.
