1 review about Dr Sham Acharya
‘-Lacks good bedside manner with minimal empathy
-Needs to provide resources to educate patients
Dr Acharya needs to improve his bedside manner as he lacked empathy/sympathy for patient with Type 2 Diabetes regarding the reason for emotional eating (close family member had passed away).
He did not provide adequate information or provide patient with education about why weight loss was important and also did not provide appropriate care when patient started rapid acting insulin (leading to a handful of hypoglycemic episodes).
