I have undergone two IME assessments arranged by the corrupt workcover agency Xchanging-DXC.
In October 2023, Dr. Peter J Doherty wrote a vindictive and disgraceful report that benefited the workcover insurer. His false allegations in 2017 caused me to become suicidal and further damaged my mental well-being.
Dr. Doherty’s actions have resulted in the termination of my various medical treatments and entitlements, showcasing his lack of care, medical and psychological knowledge, and failure to do what is right. His reporting has been proven false, and he denies the medical records and information that demonstrate the negative impact on my physical and mental health.
His negligence after the first IME report in 2017 has led to my suicidal thoughts and depression. He denied my work-related PTSD injuries, which ultimately led to three psychiatric admissions due to psychosis in March 2020, following the loss of my business due to Work-Related physical disability and psychological issues.
Dr. Doherty is an obsequious insurance grafter who lacks integrity and competence. His opinions and decisions blatantly lie in two crucial separate statements.
Furthermore, his age and apparent inability to fulfill his duties as a medical professional and examiner are concerning. It is essential for medical professionals to stay up-to-date with their field and provide accurate assessments and diagnoses.
It is disheartening to hear that Dr. Doherty’s actions have negatively impacted vulnerable patients and injured individuals. His repetitive wrong opinions, misdiagnoses, and wrongful termination of patients are not only disturbing but also harmful.
The close association between Dr. Doherty and insurance companies and WorkSafe agencies raises concerns about potential conflicts of interest and bias in his assessments. This, coupled with his neglect of his duty of care for patients, is deeply troubling.
Dr. Doherty’s actions have contributed to a system of systemic racism and discrimination against disabled patients, which is unacceptable. I intend to take strong legal action against him, WorkSafe, and the relevant authorities.
If you are involved in a work cover claim, I strongly advise avoiding Dr. Doherty.
