Absolutely atrocious service and patient care. Go literally anywhere else.
The receptionist failed to change my patient status on their computer system after I completed their forms. Because of this, the nurse called the patient booked after me and made me wait over 40 minutes, despite being on time and ready.
Dr Karl Rodins does not perform a thorough skin check! Even on patients with a history of skin cancer. The examination was over in under 5 minutes. He waved a green light over me and didn’t closely examine ANY of the freckles/moles that have been of high concern to other doctors in previous skin checks. When I inquired, Dr Rodins said he “didn’t believe in monitoring” except in children.
Charged $295 (I was quoted almost $100 less over the phone) and no medicare rebate.
Absolute rip off when Dr Rodins didn’t even do his job. I don’t know how this medical practice is legally allowed to operate as they are not conducting adequate skin checks and they are certainly not building rapport with their patients.
