Dr Karen is a committed Osteopath who holds a Bachelor of Health Science/Applied Science (Osteopathy) from RMIT University. Her interest in Osteopathy was sparked by seeing the positive impact it had on friends and family managing chronic conditions, motivating her to help others achieve similar relief and improved quality of life. Karen adopts a holistic, patient-focused approach, creating personalised treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. She uses a range of hands-on techniques to support recovery, enhance mobility, and promote overall wellbeing. While she treats a broad spectrum of conditions, she has particular expertise in managing chronic injuries, headaches, neck pain, and postural or work-related strains. Outside of her clinical work, Karen enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and keeping active through gym sessions and Clinical Pilates.
