Dr Grace is a committed Osteopath holding a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) from RMIT University. With a background as a personal trainer in the health and fitness industry, she takes a holistic approach to care, recognising that optimal function arises from treating the body as an integrated system. Grace customises her treatments for each patient, employing a variety of techniques such as soft and deep tissue massage, muscle energy techniques (MET), high-velocity low-amplitude (HVLA) adjustments, and cupping. Her passion for sport and movement comes from her experience in high-level hybrid athletic events, providing her with a thorough understanding of sports-related injuries and rehabilitation.
