Dr. Boyce’s team ignored my injury, dismissed my pain, and left me disabled

I’m 30 years old, and after nearly a year of visible physical decline, I’ve been medically dismissed, misdiagnosed, and left in a deteriorating state by Dr. Boyce’s team.

In July 2024, I fell directly on my AC joint. Over the following months, my shoulder became increasingly unstable. The collarbone began to shift visibly, pain increased, and function steadily declined.

By December, I presented to Bendigo ED in clear distress. The staff there acknowledged the deterioration and fast-tracked me for orthopedic review.

But instead of being assessed surgically, I was diverted to a physio Theo who dismissed everything as a “benign frozen shoulder” and blocked further scans.

I had to fight for a 4D CT scan on my own. While the report downplayed the findings and claimed the AC joint was “stable,” my real-world condition continues to deteriorate. My collarbone visibly subluxes while walking, my shoulder is mechanically unstable, and I am now experiencing progressive neck and upper body muscle wasting.

Rather than acknowledge 12 months of clear suffering, Dr. Boyce’s team boxed me into a psychosomatic label a convenient narrative rewrite that helps them avoid liability instead of taking responsibility.

I’m now living a waking nightmare gaslit, left without help, and told my symptoms are psychological while my body collapses in real time.

In April 2025, the surgical case panel formally shut down my case. No one addressed the CT scan. No one re-examined the instability. No one took accountability.

When I attempted to email Dr. Boyce directly, my message was intercepted and rerouted into a legal complaints process without my knowledge, and I received no actual response.

I am now pursuing external legal support and outside orthopedic review, because the system responsible for helping me has only caused further damage.

This wasn’t a misunderstanding. It was a coordinated suppression of care and I’m still paying the price for their denial. im in the middle of confirming the gross degree of negligence in this situation thats left me in life changing disability. they keep re writing 1 year of my life.
