Dr Gared Matheson is a fully qualified Physiotherapist with an additional Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He combines hands-on manual therapy with structured exercise rehabilitation to support patients in achieving meaningful and lasting outcomes. With a strong passion for sport, particularly soccer, Gared has worked with the Melbourne Victory Senior Women’s team and Football Federation Victoria’s State youth teams from under 12s through to under 21s. This experience has shaped his focused interest in injury rehabilitation, management, and prevention across a wide range of activity levels. Beyond elite sport, Gared is dedicated to helping people of all ages return to the activities they enjoy most. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer, spending time with friends, and getting outdoors with his Golden Retriever, Jessie.
