Dr Elizabeth is a qualified Osteopath and Pilates instructor who has been practising since graduating in 2010. She enjoys working with a broad range of patients and is committed to identifying the underlying cause of dysfunction, rather than simply treating symptoms. Her clinical interests include long-term neck and shoulder conditions, as well as lower back and hip pain. As a mother of two young children, Elizabeth has a strong interest in caring for babies, children, and pregnant women. She also has a passion for sports injury management, supported by her background as a former triathlete and marathon runner, along with experience treating general work-related and postural strains. Elizabeth has undertaken extensive further study across a wide range of areas, including the treatment of babies and children, pregnancy-related care, tendon injuries, dry needling, Pilates, Cranial Osteopathy, functional movement for athletes, and sports taping.
