Brendan’s journey into osteopathy began after he sought treatment for a shoulder injury sustained at the gym. Impressed by the holistic approach his osteopath took, he became inspired to pursue the profession himself. He now applies that same comprehensive approach to every patient, taking a thorough history and assessment to develop tailored treatment plans. With personal experience recovering from a shoulder injury, Brendan has a particular interest in treating shoulder conditions. Before studying osteopathy, Brendan completed a science degree with a major in Physiology, which laid the foundation for his five years of osteopathic training. His experience includes working as a sports trainer with football teams, managing player injuries, and time spent at an orthopaedic hospital in Mumbai, focusing on common knee and shoulder injuries.
