Ash earned her Doctor of Physiotherapy from Monash University and has since gained extensive experience working in community settings as well as with her local football club. She is recognised for her energetic, enthusiastic approach and her ability to build strong, supportive connections with her clients. Raised in an active family, Ash’s love of movement developed early. With a mother who enjoyed running and a father committed to the gym, she naturally embraced an active lifestyle and went on to pursue competitive Ballroom and Latin dancing throughout her childhood, enhancing her understanding of movement and performance. Ash also has a Chinese background and is fluent in Mandarin, offering clients the option to communicate in their preferred language.
